Krista & Josiah's Wedding
This past weekend I flew down to Michigan to take pictures for a friend's wedding. I had such an amazing time! Everyone I met in both Krista and Josiah's families where incredible. I was truly blessed by the wedding and everyone there. There were little things that were special about this wedding. From the foot washing ceremony, to the special presentation the groom put together for his bride, to the heartfelt speeches, there was certainly something special about this wedding. Congratulations Krista & Josiah and thank you for letting me be apart of your special day!

Semester in Review Part 4
Semester in Review Part 3
Semester in Review Part 2
In October I photographed a wedding for a good friend. It was a beautiful wedding, and I had such a great time taking photos. It was one of the first times photographing a wedding without a backup photographer so it was a little different. Nonetheless, I am very happy with how the photos turned out. Congrats James and Natasha!
Semester in Review Part 1
This Semester I didn't get to take photos everyday but in the next few posts I'll show a bit of what I have been up to in terms of photography. :)
This semester I got to take photos for Bethany Bible College's Postcard/Brochures. There was one for each program offered at the school. I learned a lot through this project, and though it was very time consuming and at times frustrating, I feel like I learned a lot and grew as a photographer from doing it. Above are some of the photos I took for this.

This is the view from one of the windows in the chapel. I really like these flowers and sometimes when it is nice and sunny out and we are in a chapel service in the morning, I will glance out and I just feel inspired by this view. It kind of reminds me of the song "Love Song for a Saviour" by Jars of Clay. There is a part of the song that says this...
she thanks her Jesus for the daises and the roses
in no simple language
someday she'll understand the meaning of it all"
"In open fields of wild flowers
she breathes the air and flies awayshe thanks her Jesus for the daises and the roses
in no simple language
someday she'll understand the meaning of it all"
